As a young child I could dream of one thing only; to share my gifts, care for, guide, and support others. This is why Im here. This is what I was born to do! Yet I would hesitate because I felt I wasnt worthy of such a feat. Until one sullen morning, the Sun rose kissing me with its love. Suddenly the realisation I was more than worthy flooded my being. That I always had been. We all are, but we tell ourselves a lie; that were not good enough, due to life experiences, disappointments and heartache. But the question still remains the same (unless you silenced it or arent listening) Why am I here? Do you ever ask yourself this question? I help people remember and uncover that wisdom that only the heart knows. I trained intensively in China last year becoming one of the youngest certified Qi Gong teachers. Qi Gong is Healing Movement Art, Science and a deeply Spiritual practice. Yes all these components can coexist in harmony! ;-) These photos are from a recent shoot I did.
