As always, we look forward to a great weekend of worship at Longstraw. Saturday our Youth Department will have a rummage sale at the church beinning at 7:00. Everyone is welcome to come out and find something they did not know they needed. Sunday morning at 8:00 our choir and Bro. Drew Spillers will lead worship at The Arbor in Ruston. Sunday School is at 10:00 for all ages and worship begins at 11:00 with a new series of messages entitled, Understanding Gods Love. Sunday night at 6:00 our retired missionary, Gary White, will be preaching. So as you can see, we have plenty of ministry going on this weekend that you can come and join in with all of us as we serve the Lord with gladness. Psalm 100:1 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth. 2 Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. 3 Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. 5 For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
