As an addendum to my latest submission, I should also note the accuracy of the comment, posted in response to my remarks yesterday, that these new city council members have NO IDEA what the needs and wants of the city are. unfortunately, a majority of the small portion of the voting public who went to the polls last May allowed itself to be persuaded by the emotionalism and dishonesty of those who won the election. Now we must all pay the price, by rendering harm to the city should they try to implement their preferred policies, or continued political turmoil should they decide to try to implement policies based on fact, not fantasy, since the supporters of the winners prefer fantasy and will turn against them should the try to change.
