As coincidence would have it, I was in the same room, at the same venue,with the same crew (substituting Colleen for Tom) at the same time of day, with identical weather, two days in a row. One day A meltdown at the end of the night & the other a $50.00 tip & a thank you! One followed along to a marching tune, The other marched to her own tune & had a meltdown. A good friend of mine sums this up in one word...................HUMANS!
