As for music I would encourage everyone to play or listen to music and create individual works of art , and promote it with a Canada wide concert venue for new and up and coming artists similar to Massey hall style venue in each province to create and produce Canadian music . And each province would create a symphony and compete world wide for recognition in the music business . For creating masterpieces of music . A music fund would also be created to provide intruments worldwide . With Canada as a place to live and create music as a masterpiece of new talent . The awards I would recognize is the Billboard awards for music sales . If you win a billboard award you did well in creating your music .
