As it currently stands, Nigeria military intelligence unit appears - TopicsExpress

As it currently stands, Nigeria military intelligence unit appears to be almost none existent. How else could these highly trained unit have been so easily distracted & fooled by the Boko Haram counter-intelligence unit, and then drawn into a sham cease fire agreement, which has ended up creating greater internally displaced residents & more body bags than ever before? I could bet my Internet life on the fact that every responsible Nigerian, was of the opinion that with the success recorded by the army, in the battle at Konduga on Wednesday Sept. 17, that the Nigerian troops shouldve continued to pursue the Boko Haram elements, until whatever is left of their fighting units, have been completely dislodged. Finally, the army should have setup a very formidable military defense unit at the Nigeria-Cameroon border, to discourage any future build up by Boko Haram. Unfortunately, the CDS, COAS & their team, decided to go against the grain, by negotiating with the terrorists, & in their vainglorious, false sense of pride & false sense of security, they relaxed their guard, which gave Boko Haram all the time they needed to build up their weak defense, and with regular reliable support from very senior Nigeria military command officers, who are sympathetic to the terrorists satanic cause, Boko Haram quickly recaptured more cities than they had previously lost before Konduga. As a president Goodluck Jonathan apologist, I most sincerely recommend the immediate disengagement from active service of all the service chiefs including the minister of defense, the National Security Adviser to Mr. President, & the S. A to Mr. President on Counter-Terrorism. I think that these people have completely run out of functional ideas on a dependable lasting solution to this problem. Ihejirika should have never been retired, in fact may I suggest that he be brought back immediately as either the new minister of defense, the NSA, or the S.A on Counter-Terrorism.
