As long as the dictatorship is alive the participatory democracy is myth. when even colleagues are frightened of their leader what to say about the status of begging citizens. Party and politics are definitely at ransom then. Feudal mentality prevelent amongst masses may keep on following the trend wherein the king may be dead but long live the king. Every honest attempts towards participative democracy are suppressed under peoples fears and victimization threats. When most section of society lacks courage to follow the truth, the sychophancy rules all the way. It is upto the people to either keep on saluting the authority or build their own government for general wellbeing and a cronyless set up. Otherwise dynasties and political mafias will keep on driving the set up just like that...
