As many of you know I was involved in a car accident a few days ago. The driver hit me and kept going. Fortunately I am fine but my car will be going in tomorrow for repairs. I would like to share with you a conversation I had with Enterprise rent a car. Feel free to giggle. I know I did and still am. Me: I am calling to make sure I will be able to drive the car being rented. Enterprise: yes, mam. We have many full size cars ready for you to choose from. Me: No, you dont understand. I need a small car. I can not drive most cars due to my height (49). Enterprise: I am sure you will be able to choose from one of our cars. Me: Ive done this before sir and no. I can not drive most cars available in a rental shop. I need something like a toyota corolla or a vw type car. Those are the only two I have been able to drive. do you have one of those? Enterprise: I have no doubt you will be able to drive one of our cars. Me: do you have what I am asking for yes or no? Enterprise: We have never had a customer not able to drive one of our cars. Me: Obviously I have never been your customer. lol. Why is it that people dont listen anymore to a customer concerns? Three years ago when I had to rent a car I drove to 4 dif enterprise and only one had a car I could drive! it was a vw. ok. got that off my chest.
