As many of you know Katelyn is affected by CP (Cerebral Palsy). A few months ago, after seeing another family we know get a Wheelchair Accessible van, Joey King & I went down to look and price them out. At first I was hesitant because I am not a Mini Van girl and love my Hot Rod, but seeing how I could just wheel her into the van and how secure it locks the chair in and I wouldnt have to worry about taking the wheelchair apart and then lifting it in the back would just save my back. We are in the midst of trying to save up a reasonable size down payment. So for Katies Birthday, we have set off on fundraising to help us! I made these headbands last weekend for Cerebral Palsy Awareness. Funds from all that are ordered will go into Katies Wheels account for her Van.
