As many of you know, we were notified at the end of last week that we had won the formal support of the Realtors of St. Lucie. We are very grateful to have them on board, and I want to share the below excerpt of our press release. This week we had the pleasure of interviewing with the Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) and participating in their candidate forum held this morning at the beautiful PGA Country Club. We will keep our fingers crossed on winning TCBAs formal support. Wouldnt it be wonderful if many of the people who can literally build a better PSL joined our Team?! PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – “After a careful process of deliberation and a thorough analysis of each candidate’s qualifications, history, and proposals, we have decided to support your candidacy for Port St. Lucie Mayor,” stated Staci Storms, CEO of Realtors of St. Lucie in their formal support of Greg Oravec. “We will be recommending to our membership that they vote for you,” she added. “If we are to make Port St. Lucie the best it can be, we will have to come together as a community and work hard on a shared vision. Helping to lead this effort would be one of my most important duties as Mayor, and it is a process that actually starts as part of the campaign,” stated Oravec. “That is why I am so proud to win the formal support of a group as large, diverse and prominent as the Realtors® of St. Lucie. When you stop to think about what Realtors® do, you realize that they are researchers, marketers and ambassadors for our community. They spend their days on our streets, hear how consumers really feel about our “product” and promote us around the clock; and I think they will play an important role in helping us to fulfill our great potential.
