As many of you know when you rent a property, once your time is up to leave, your contract from the managing agent will state that you need to have the property professionally cleaned, and with a receipt from the company as proof. Many have decided to do the clean themselves, but have had their whole, or part of their deposit withheld. To save all this time wasting and being left out of pocket, get a cleaner in and spend your precious time on other more important things. I am fully insured and value for money!
