As many of you might have heard. Evelyn Leonard has moved on from this life on Friday March 14th, to join her husband in Heaven. Ms. Evelyn was a wonderful person and admired by many. she was a post member as well as a past Commander several times, and a Ladies Auxiliary member. She was and is Loved by many and will be missed. Please come join us to celebrate the life of this amazing woman. Her Viewing, done in the Catholic tradition will be at Carey-Hand Cox Parker Funeral Home: 1350 W Fairbanks Ave.,Winter Park, FL (407) 647-1942, With full Military Honors, including a 21 Gun Salute will be held on Tuesday March 18th from 4:00pm thru 7:00pm VFW Post 2093 will be hosting a Celebration of Life for our Sister Evelyn on Sunday March 23rd at 2:00pm with full Military Honors including a 21 Gun Salute and Taps. Come Join us to celebrate the life of this beautiful woman who has touched the hearts of many of us. PS. side dishes would be greatly appreciated.
