As millions of Jews worldwide celebrate Pesach, the festival of freedom, Jerusalem U would like to extend our prayers and condolences to the families and friends of the victims of yesterdays heinous hate crime in Kansas. All signs indicate that the suspect, Frazier Glenn Cross Jr. of Missouri, a neo-Nazi radical and former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, targeted these people due to their direct affiliation with the Jewish people. In the face of tragedy and hatred, we will continue to build and strengthen the Jewish faith, the Jewish people and the Jewish state. That which stood for our ancestors applies to us as well. For it was not only one individual who stood up against us to destroy us. Rather, in every generation they stand up against us to destroy us. But the Holy One, Blessed Be He, redeems us from their hands. https://youtube/watch?v=8OHEc1XdpOU
