As most of you are aware by now I laid down my bike yesterday morning on my way into work on the 22 freeway. I was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange for treatment for a broken collar bone, fractured skull, fractured jaw, 2 fractured ribs, concussion, and a bruised lung. They checked me out and determined surgery would not be needed. They kept me for a night to make sure things didnt get worse so this morning when they could tell progress was made they put together my discharge paperwork. I am now continuing my recovery at my parents house. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers! The past couple months has been really hard for bikers. Ride safe out there!
