As most of you know I have bought a house in Bairnsdale. Last weekend it rained, boy it rained. Well the back rooms were raining too. There have been families renting here and they have all told me that this used to happen often with heavy rain. What I do not understand is how, when the agent was told about it, that it was never fixed. It was so dangerous, when I took the lamp shades off, all the fittings were rusted and stained from being wet. I bought this house from the agent who was also the rental agent. Does this tell you something. I am so disappointed and not happy with this agent.. I am going to speak with the agency that did the building inspection to, they should have picked up on this. I paid money to make sure I would be moving into a safe place.....well it isnt. I am disillusioned, disappointed and yes, really p.......d.
