As most of you know, my mom is battling breast cancer. She had a bilateral mastectomy a few months ago and is still undergoing chemotherapy with radiation on the horizon. They have found what they are calling a malignancy until proven otherwise on her ovary (ping pong ball size tumor). Her PET scan was inconclusive. She will be having surgery next Friday to try to figure this thing out and remove what they can. They will decide if the breast cancer has metastasized or if she actually has ovarian cancer as well. Prayers are appreciated.
