As my good friend & colleague posted today, it is certainly Constitutional infringement for any government institution to force a Christian leader of worship to turn over or refrain from preaching their sermons in their respective houses of worship. So, if pastors in, say, a Texas city where they have elected their first openly lesbian mayor, wish to sermonize the evil (note quotes) that is my orientation, they are certainly allowed. Its right there in the Bill of Rights. Just remember, that Old Testament is dicey; that same tome from which most homophobic Judeo-Christian doctrine originates also says that a man who rapes a woman who is a virgin but not married can avoid being killed as long as he marries her and pays off her father. I guess 50 shekels was ALOT of money in those days, right? Ill send the memo to Houstons Pastoral councils to include all of Leviticus and Deuteronomy in their next round of Sunday talks. Dont wanna leave anything out! -_- -_- -_-
