As my oldest brother, Edward, leaves this planet, I thank the Creator for this time we had together. I also announce his legacy will not be deemed normal by no means. As a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces, I think my brother snapped mentally the moment he came back to America. He landed at the Dallas/Fortworth airport in 1968, and was not greeted by a cadets or a marching band, but by an approximately 5 year old white girl who asked, Mommie is that a Nigger referring to my brother. My brother replied, pointing to the little girls mother, No but there goes one right there. He completed his education at Berkeley while being a political activist with the Black Panther Party. Much love for him for sharing his extensive knowledge of history and for being a true product of his West Oakland environment. Yes he was another trained killer who was deemed mentally ill by the U.S. Government after what my brother considered a pimp job imposed on him by the U.S. Military.
