As of this morning, July 26th, we have officially met our fund raising goal to purchase 50 American flags for our small town in NW Arkansas to hang in honor of those who serve. The 50, 3 ft. X 5 ft., made in America flags, poles and hardware will be donated to City Hall so they can hang them proudly down Main Street on all important holidays for years and years to come. Whitehall Publishing spearheaded and organized the fund raiser but it could not have succeeded without the support of City Hall, our local nonprofit organization The Pride Team, a boatload of local businesses and citizens who all pitched in to help honor our military! Thanks to everyone who donated and I’m pleased to announce that the necessary money was raised in three weeks, well ahead of schedule.
