As part of National Mental Health Month, I have been asked to present a session on Food & Mood for the Glenorchy City Council. On October 9 between 12.30-1.30pm I will be at the Glenorchy LINC cooking up a storm along side Tai Chi demonstrations, rock and rhyme and other wonderful participants.
