As patriotic activists and politicians in the MDC RENEWAL TEAM , we do believe 100% that the Zimbabwean political system and its management needs a woman leadership to regain our dignity as true DEMOCRATS AND PATRIOTS in deed, this cannot be a matter of wishes and willings without actions or practice , we had took an initiative indication of its possibility by choosing our Heroin Sekai Holland who faught tirelessly to make democracy a tangible thing in Zimbabwe since 1999 or even be4, the Mugabe regime had tried to eliminate her with anyway that was possible but with Gods grace we still enjoys her leadership .To a very normal Zimbabwean women leadership is the answer to our critics politically, economically, socially or everywhere in nutshell ,this step that the MDC RENEWAL TEAM had took its very positive and so encouraging to all women thats leading by example and it explains much and also gives clarity on our MOTTO, THE COURAGE TO ACT DIFFERENTLY this is we will lead the nation with different reproach to the nations sorry situation due to the failures and bad policies used by our dyeing Zanu pf and the GNU also. the ORANGE TEAM do believe in collective decision making on national issues and policy making , it believes the affected people to voice for themselves in cases like national disasters, regionalism, tribalism, racism to just mention the few.( an organization to protect blind people must be led by a blind person who really know the hardships and all the challenges) personally I do believe togetherness will not take us back to such a situation where the working class is the poorest people in the country, our citizens are scattered everywhere like the Mutondo/Musasa pods during October time, murderers are made heroes, the graduates are just jobless and hopeless, the youth become the holy terror of during election time. New Zimbabwe is possible by ACTING DIFFERENTLY
