She donated food items worth millions of leones.. Speaking at the handing over of the items, the Iron Lady Diana disclosed that the presentation of the items is part of her nation wide tour in support on the fight against the deadly Ebola.. She maintained that the aged are very much important in the country and that the government of President Dr Ernest Bai Koroma cares for the aged that is why she is there today to give help to the aged.. Madam Konomani called on the aged to pray for the country as the Ebola is disturbing development of the country. She promised her continuous support to the King George Home for the aged. Giving the vote of thanks, Mr. Vivan one of the aged, expressed thanks and appreciation on behalf of aged to the Minister and her entourage for the wonderful donation to the aged and pray for the relationship to continue.
