As some of you already know, the loan for which the previous prospective buyer of our house in Blaine, MN fell through late last week, just a couple weeks before closing date and just a couple days after we completed our move into our newly purchased house here in Yankton, SD. So it looks like were back to square one. :( With all the hassle associated with moving, along with my once-a-year attention fixated on the NCAA Wrestling Championships last Thu-Sat, in addition to Deb breaking her right ankle on our basement stairway over the weekend, Ive been off the Facebook radar several days serving as her caretaker (in sickness and in health) :) Our house in Blaine was put back on the market yesterday. We appreciate your prayers that it would sell soon, as we now own two houses, which makes it tight for us financially. The good news in this regard is that we already have EIGHT showings scheduled for this week: SIX Today, one Friday, and one Saturday. :) Apparently the housing market is picking up again in our previous area of residence. Hopefully well get an good offer within our asking price range.
