As some of you may know, last Friday I had a hip replacement. The whole thing has been bit of a shock,leaving me feeling quite ill. Im in the middle of a learning experience both physically, mentally and emotionally. To say I have been overwhelmed by the kindness shown to me by some people is an understatement, some of whom are very good friends and some who are acquaintances, and some I only know as members if this lovely group . I have even had a visit from my amazing yoga teacher this morning. She wanted to see me before she goes off to India for three weeks ( bless her). You do find out who really cares when you are down. I just hope in the whole scheme of things i can pay back this overwhelming flow of kindness.
