As someone who has embarked on some home renovation this year, I have wasted countless hours (days!) waiting for contractors and vendors to turn up on time to get things done. As a working person, I schedule them down to the hour and most of them have failed miserably to turn up on time (or even turn up at all, which is a completely different story - contractor makes appointment, I take leave to be at home, and at the time they are supposed to come, I get a call telling me oh, sorry ya . cant make it today!). Today, I scheduled a water filter installation and for the first time, I had workmen who turned up on time! Thank you Filterstar for that, and for the pleasant and polite staff. All businesses should emulate this efficiency and professionalism. Thank a bunch, Desmond Sia Ee Hong. I write this as Im waiting for the glass guys who were supposed to turn up at 930am (and its only 1130am now...)
