For these chaps, knowledge is limited beyond their misconceived opinions-no matter whether what they believe are myths or conspiracy. This only shows that they have a closed mind and are not open to new knowledge. The sign in question is the “I LOVE YOU” gesture in American Sign Language. I heard that in Philippines, it has reference to happiness and love. These stupid people making bogus accusations without knowledge of Deaf issues will rush to believe conspiracy theories without discovering the idea behind. Deaf people communicate in sign Language.
