As students and teachers prepare for the start of a new school year, a libertarian think tank is offering a way for them to get dose of free-market ideology in their curricula — free of charge. The Institute of Humane Studies EDvantage website is full of educational content on economics, history and philosophy, but as one might expect from a think tank whose board is chaired by billionaire libertarian Charles Koch, the projects economic offerings in particular are heavily anti-government. Themes from a few of the sites explanatory videos include: why the EPA is bad for the environment, sweatshops are good for third-world workers and the minimum wage costs workers jobs.
