As the african proverb goes he who brings kola brings life, I prefer to say he who brings water brings life. With its cleansing,healing,soothing,hydrating,balancing and other numerous benefits including the regulation of the chemical and metabolic processes going on in our bodies,the correct amount of water intake is crucial in the life of each and every human being. Why not start with simplest steps towards ensuring proper hydration? when next we are at the tap drinking or from a glass cup, lets look at this great wonder-solvent as the life saver : from prevention of headaches to the reduction of joint pains to even giving us great internal organ performance. Let us look at it and appreciate the flushing out of bacteria and toxins from our body.
