As the bible says we labor to make our calling sure and i believe God has kept me here (On Facebook) to encourage and point as many people as possible to Jesus! Let me try and explain this SIN issue that so many seem to war over online so that you can honestly learn and grow minus all the chaos and confusion! All glory to God... ***SIN*** It should be the goal of every Christian to “sin no more” although we recognize that while we are in the flesh, we will still stumble (1 John 1:8) God’s desire for each of us is to be holy as He is holy (1 Peter 1:16). We still are susceptible to sin, but sin is no longer a lifestyle choice that we are enslaved to like we once were before accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior! (1 John 3:9–10). When we fail, we can come to God and ask forgiveness (1 John 1:9; 1 Peter 4:1–2) And if we are truly God’s children, He will correct us, disciplining us when we need it (Hebrews 12:6–11) His work along with the guidance of the Holy Spirit is to conform us to the image of His Son (Romans 8:29)( Philippians 2:13) What we go through is called Sanctification its a process in which our old ways become new as we grow and mature in our walks! We will be totally and completely rid of SIN when we leave this flesh and are in our glorified bodies! If you have repented and are born again (John 3:3) and saved (Ephesians 2:7-10) (John 3:16) your sanctification process should be ongoing and if it isnt you may wanna self examine yourself to see if your profession of Faith is genuine!
