As the previous post about David Popham was deleted I will write my own! You can call the fb police , the real police or the bloody dog police for all I care! Rescues DO NOT rehome or foster to this man!!! But if you did your Homechecks properly I dont know why you would want to! Ive been to this mans flat and its not fit for an animal in my opinion , not only that I spoke personally with his housing officer at his local housing authority office who said hes been told countless times he is not allowed more dogs! He has had dogs removed from his care by local dog wardens and the RSPCA. This was well over a year ago and yet still rescues are allowing him to take their dogs?! Clearly the proper checks are not being done ,, I thought it was standard procedure to contact the landlord of a property rented by a potential adopter to make sure they are allowed pets?? Please do your checks correctly and please make sure no more dogs end up in the hands of people like David Popham!!!
