Below is a CLEAN stir fry recipe to add to your collection Vegetables: Broccoli, Cauliflower, capsicum, Onions, Asparagus, Carrots, Bok Choy, Mushrooms,Celery, Bean Sprouts, Spinach, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Snow Peas, Sesame Seeds Protein: Skinless Chicken Breast, Skinless Turkey Breast, Beef Tenderloin, Shrimp (peeled and cleaned), Firm Tofu Grain: Whole Grain Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Pasta or Quinoa Ingredients: 2 tbsp + 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari 4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped or pressed 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Chilli flakes (optional)
