As to the chances of mortal survival, let it be made forever clear: All souls of every possible phase of mortal existence will survive provided they manifest willingness to co-operate with their indwelling Adjusters [Spirit of God -- ed.] and exhibit a desire to find God and to attain divine perfection. The Urantia Book, Paper 40; section 5; paragraph 19 [The new painting is of one of the death row prisoners, Chris, who is making a difference in the lives of many others. Mighty Messenger refers to the Urantia Book (245.1) 22:2.1] We need your financial support in order to continue visiting the prisoners on death row. I have cut my visits to one day per week [from four] for December and January. If even that rate is to continue, then some of you with means must come forward, or further visitation reductions will be required. Many of you helped out at the start, but only a small few have provided support more than once. And, unfortunately, the overall support thus far has not been enough… The cost is $75 per day – out of my pocket – to pay for gas, mileage, vending machines [$5.50 per inmate visited]. There are also other expenses involved that are not included in the $75 mentioned above. I have very limited income due to health problems, and until I am able to earn more, I must rely on the good will of others if this ministry is to continue. I truly thought that when the need for this sort of ministry was made known, then one or two of you who really do have enough money to easily help out would step forward and be solid sources of continuing support; but, alas, that has not been the case. I appreciate all of you who have helped out, and I realize that there are not too many who can afford to be regular supporters, but please do realize that without support, many who otherwise would hear the Good News in this life will not do so. There have been several radical transformations on death row directly related to this ministry. Do you want that to continue? You need not fear to meet the judgment of God if your repentance is genuine and your faith sincere. The fact that your error carries with it the death penalty imposed by man does not prejudice the chance of your soul to obtain justice and enjoy mercy before the heavenly courts.” [Jesus as quoted in The Urantia Book, 133:4.12]
