As usual I talk too much and have put a lot of info about my mom but as I am getting ready to go to Arlington Ito lay her to rest I am thinking of some of our last conversations a few weeks ago. Typical of people who went through the Great Depression she did not like to waste money. She started talking to me about dying. She said to I me Son , please dont spend a lot of money on my funeral. Dont buy me a new dress I have plenty in my closet. We picked one out that she had hand sewn many years ago. Still thinking about others , she asked that I take care of her dog and make sure it got a good home never any thing for herself. We love u mom Rip. I did get you a pretty box though. You deserved it.
