That unconscious flow interpenetrates us when one loses focused awareness, so if we are getting disturbed or upset over how others are acting, it’s only because we have an ‘image’ of how others ‘should’ be, but reality shows us that we are something else completely. Just as an airplane crashes if left on autopilot too long, the unconscious in those we love will eventually rise to the surface, and it may appear they are acting with selfish intent and lack of empathy, but a mind that is unconscious has no control over their impulses and desires, and will always self destruct in the end. A lot of wasted energy is spent on getting anger and trying to control others, which keeps us from having the energy to express our own true spirit, as that manifestation requires our full level of awareness in order to dissolve the illusions our unconscious mind keeps us in. Just as a musician practices and rehearses for endless hours in order to become a master of their craft, same goes for our consciousness, without the daily practice of making the unconscious conscious, without the art of evoking our true spirit, only keeps us lost in loops of thought and wasting energy screaming at the rain and at those we love.
