As we are born, we need to be loved, cared for, and nurtured. We live our lives and time passes. Then we are old.... Once again we need to be loved, cared for, and nurtured. This is the circle of life.... When you see an elderly person in need of help crossing the street, carrying bags, someone who needs a seat or a helping hand to get up after a fall, be their hero for that moment. If you see a person crying or sad, give them a reason to smile. If a friend needs you, dont look the other way because of convenience, be the friend they need. This is my challenge to the world... Be a better person. Have a heart for all those around you... Life is much more rewarding that way...
