As we continue to fight for our furry loved ones, I wanted to - TopicsExpress

As we continue to fight for our furry loved ones, I wanted to restate the issues we are dealing with for all of our new followers. Terry Heck had fought the city/county for several months upon opening Billies Meadow Pet Cemetery for a permit that granted him access to doing so. Of course there were all sorts of issues in doing that with the planning and zoning committee, but in the end, Terry was granted that permit in 2004. This permit was supposed to protect the pet cemetery for 99 years. Terry sold the property to Dale Pahlke, CEO/President of Dakota Community Bank, and had the agreement with Dale that this property would remain a cemetery and be cared for accordingly. Dale Pahlke removed all paperwork indicating this must remain a pet cemetery when he sold the property to Jarod Obering, just a couple of months after purchasing it. Jarod Obering is now the one stating this pet cemetery will be closing as of March 30th. I have tried to reach out to Jarod and of course have yet to receive any answers. We are looking for vital documents to continue this fight for our pets. Thank you all for your support, together we are being heard!
