As we have been saying for several days now, the blob near Palau will not become much of anything. Taking a look at Satellite imagery this morning it is pretty odvious even to the unskilled eye. It still carrys with it enough energy though to bring some rainfall to the eastern Philippines combined with the North East Monsoon heading in to the weekend. This could hamper recovery efforts. Once again NOT A TYPHOON. westernpacificweather/2014/12/11/lpa-96w-could-bring-rainfall-to-philippines-this-weekend-will-not-be-a-typhoon/
