As we head into this Memorial Day, remembering and honoring those who have courageously lost their lives in defense of our Country, I want to also recognize the SURVIVORS of each and every one of those lost, for YOUR sacrifice as well. For each Mother, Father, Wife, Husband, Sister, Brother, Fiance, Son, or Daughter who bravely sent their loved one off to do their duty and lost them to war or conflict... We are so sorry for your loss, and we honor you and your loved one(s). PLEASE remember that this may be an extra rough day on your Veterans as they remember battle buddies lost, and it may trigger some extra symptoms in our Vets with PTSD. Being mindful of that, and being extra patient and understanding, may help them get through the day a little easier. ~Michele Smith
