As we start this last tour today (#swinghousesessionstour) and the last one before our next record comes out, I am once again hit with a giant appreciation for really everything we have gone through together over the last 3 years. So much has happened, so many new friends, so many life changing experiences and from it, the biggest thing that sticks out to me today is once again is when music can affect people, its like nothing else I know. There are all kinds of horrible things going on in our world, major personal blowbacks we have individually and as a community but somehow, music when we connect with it, somehow it a special medicine like no other. How lucky are we? That said, we JUST found this moment from this last #summeroftrouble tour in Berne, Switzerland where we had traveled literally all day starting 2am, 2 ferries, flights delayed, lost luggage/ pedal boards and on rental equipment, in the rain we stumbled and fell into this beautiful festival and celebration of music, with no time to barely button our pants. But this moment, these people, together once again, worlds came together and we were changed in an instant again through music. Thought you might enjoy a snapshot into that moment.
