As we walked into a bar to paint nails and fellowship with some sisters, God made me aware of something that I had seen many times were yet this time...I was struck by the reality of it. Their faces lit up with excitement as we chose nail colors and talked about life and then something else lit up...their phones. Every time we do outreach, one of the first things these beautiful girls do it reach for their phones and show us their kids...their families that they are sacrificing for. We see the faces and hear the desperation as they state how they are working in the bars and brothels so that they can provide for their families and so their Children can go to school and eat. Their love for their family is indescribable. You see, I know that Jesus sacrificed for us..that His love is flawless and that when they come to know him, they will understand true sacrifice so I pray for redemption and a way to find healthy work For their beautiful hearts so that they and their families Can thrive without doing the type Of sacrifice The Lord sacrificed himself for so we wouldnt have to do. #Thrive Rescue Home.
