As what some call a preacher I had a thought for myself Id like to share with others in ministry of any kind: If what I share (aka preach) doesnt inspire ME to live it, doesnt empower me to walk the talk, why do I have an expectation that what I preach would move and compel others? Could need to reexamine the content, delivery or motives of my message. Im ok being a work in progress, we all are. But if I primarily preach from what Im living and growing in, the more I share it the stronger I will grow in that truth--and the more substance and impact it will have when shared with others. Its important we stay honest especially with ourselves; the more real and transparent we are the better my friends
