As women, we should all learn how to build eachother up and empower eachother. Tell another girl that she looks beautiful and stop being so competitive with one another. Accept differences and see beauty in every kind of woman. Its easy to blame social media and tv and magazines for the low self esteem that a lot of girls have but I feel as if it comes from all of the negativity girls harbor towards eachother. Everyone is beautiful whether they are a skinny, fit Victorias Secret model or a heavy-set and curvy or are punky and androgynous. It doesnt matter. Stop the body shaming. Appreciate and learn from others. REAL beauty comes from within. I work with such amazing girls who build eachother up every single day and we are all a powerhouse team of women and I wish the rest of the female population could take note and stand together like we do.
