As you are aware, the City of Toledo has been under a severe water usage ban due to water contamination. As a result, I asked Dr. Clark and Urban Initiatives to set up a Crisis Response Team (CRT) for this current crisis in Toledo and for future crisis related matters. ONFJ you swiftly rose to the occasion within a 48 hour period. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following people.
