As you know the Museum of Ephemera (MOE) is a small institution, we only have a staff of three: myself, Wendy Toogood and Bam Bam the Cat. BB is the Museum mascot and also our security and guard cat. You may ask: Is it a good idea to hire a cat for security in a museum? Probably not, but, he is an old cat and he does not have a pension and jobs are hard to find, so, I hired him, I cannot disclose what he is paid as his union will not allow me to discuss wages. Below there is a photo of BB doing his rounds in the gallery, BUT, later that day I found him sleeping on the job, he was supposed to be guarding the backdoor to MOE and directing the visitors to the proper entrance. Well, I was of course upset and reprimanded him. But, now I wonder, should I fire him or keep him of staff, I just dont know what to do. Let me know, FIRE or KEEP ON STAFF?
