As you know we stock Kitchenaid mixers and one of the most common questions we get ask is how to adjust the beater so it does not hit the bottom of the bowl. Over a period of time the head will sometimes get lower and there is any easy way to fix this. This easy hint will also stop the head from bouncing up although this usually only happens if you are mixing a heavy load on a speed too high.
