As you may already know, I’ve recently decided to change up my business model. Well, it has caused a bit more work than I was expecting, and now I’m looking to hire a part time assistant who can help me out for 2-3 hours per day. The pay is better than average. (more on that in a bit) In order to fully understand what I’m looking for here, you should be familiar with my past business model, as well as the new changes that I have made… So I’ll briefly explain those here... In my old business model, I would create a product, setup a perpetual launch funnel, and start driving traffic to it. This model brings on LOTS of customers (80 - 120 per day) by selling low dollar information products. The price of these produces range from $7 - $39. I then have people who follow up with these new customers on the phone, and (if it’s a good fit) offer them more expensive programs. Programs like my inner circle mastermind, which costs upwards of $25,000 per year to join. But not everyone is willing to invest $25,000 to learn the how to build a business, so only a small % of people actually end up joining the mastermind. (less than 2%) …But the ones that do, I work with them 1 on 1, and help them launch a profitable internet business. In my new business model, everything is pretty much the same. I still get lots of new customers in by selling low dollar information products. But with my new model, I’ve lowered my up front fee, and I now collect a percentage of the profits on the backend. The lower price allows me to work with more people, and when they end up making boatloads of money on the backend, I’ll collect a small % of that. (a classic “win/win”) But since it’s a legitimate profit sharing model, I’m only looking to partner with people who are willing to work. So we’ve created a pretty sophisticated application process that everyone must go through in order to partner with our team. There’s actually quite a lot of work that goes into it, but that’s the basic model. So here’s what I’m looking for … My partner and I did a webinar yesterday telling people about this new partnership program we created, and we got WAY more applications than we can possibly handle. So I’m looking to hire someone ASAP (as in today or tomorrow) who can help us filter through all the applicants and make sure we only partner with the best people who are ready to work, and ready to change their life forever. Here’s what you will be doing… • Reviewing applications • Scheduling appointments with the best potential partners • Calling back applicants references • Setting up and processing initial payments for partners that we accept into the program • Track everything on a shared spreadsheet (ie: Google Docs) Ideally we are looking to hire a female for this role. (sorry guys) You must be upbeat, and you must have personality on the phone. (nobody wants to talk to someone who sounds like a robot) The role will require 2-4 hours per day (Monday – Friday) --- We have applications coming in all day everyday, so ideally, your time would need to be split up during the day. (ie: work a couple hours in the morning, and then another couple hours in the afternoon / evening.) I’m willing to pay $8 - $12 per hour base pay for this position (depending on the person) There will also be performance based incentives and bonuses. That may not sound like much, but the right person will end up earning $20 - $25 per hour, for the amount of time they put in. So if you are interested in the position (or know someone who is) please send an email to jglover@digitalinfomastery and put “I want to be your assistant” in the subject line. In the email, tell me why you would be a good fit for this position. If you are interested in partnering up with me in this new project, send an email to the same address and put “I want to partner with you” in the subject line. Either way, me (or someone from my team) will get back to you within 48 hours. Justin Glover
