As you probably all know, Encompass has been collaborating with The Parsons Street Project/Sharp Agency (Melbourne) in developing an iPhone/iPad app called Boomgate Gang (the project used to be called “Playday Express”). It is an educational app featuring a “gang” of trains teaching toddlers and pre-school aged children about letters, numbers, shapes and colours through music, stories and many exciting interactive activities. It is also a fantastic tool for children with additional learning needs, specifically those on the autism spectrum. The app is not yet available on the App Store (coming very soon though); so in the meantime, we would really appreciate it if you can have a browse through Boomgate Gang’s Facebook page: https://facebook/boomgategang and let us know what you think. It would be great if you can LIKE the Boomgate Gang page. And if you can share the page to your Facebook friends – that would be extra awesome!! However, please do not feel compelled to do this. It is completely your choice. Just putting it out there. Featured on the Boomgate Gang Facebook page at the moment are Oli’s beautiful twins Sophie and Angela.
