As you read this article, imagine substituting Kentucky everytime you see West Virginia. Do you think our Commonwealth is taking steps to avoid similar tragedies? At KWA, we are always working to ensure our federal and local regulators are doing their jobs to protect our water resources *before* disasters strike!
