===============Asad Raheel============== In the Lal Masjid Case, the high court Islamabad has thrown the ball in the court of the Police...ie to register an FIR, IF there is a cognisable offence. As defined by the Code of Criminal Procedure in criminal justice system of Pakistan, a cognizable offence is a criminal offence in which the police is empowered to register an FIR, investigate, and arrest an accused without a court issued warrant. The Police have thrown the ball, in the court of the Interior Ministry...for a final decision in the matter. In the interim Gen Mush has been summoned by two Anti-Terrorism Courts on the same day ie 30 July 2013 but at different locations ie Rawalpindi (in the BB murder case) & Quetta (in the Bugti murder case). To expect a person to appear at two locations, a THOUSAND miles apart, by itself, is height of VICTIMISATION or more aptly put, JUDICIAL TALIBANISATION.
