Aseptic Performance Support Manager Job Description Would you like to take on a key role as Cluster Aseptic Performance Support Manager? Aseptic Performance Support is part of the Technical Service organisation in the newly formed South Asia, East Asia and Oceania (SAEAO) cluster. Moreover, the Aseptic Performance Support is at the heart of what Tetra Pak stands for – to “Make food safe and available, everywhere” As Cluster Manager of the Aseptic Performance Support organisation you will be leading a dynamic and virtual organisation with deep specialist knowledge in food safety, micro biology and food processing and packing. The organisation consists of roughly 20 specialists distributed throughout the cluster from Japan in the north to Australia in the south and India in the west. Your job will be to lead, inspire and develop this organisation in delivering world class Aseptic support to our customers. You and your organisation will be part of a global Tetra Pak network of specialist in the area of Food Protection. From time to time you will be expected to represent Tetra Pak in front of senior customer stakeholders. In addition, you will interact with internal stakeholders in all levels of the company. Special attention will be paid to your leadership capabilities. You probably have a background as senior manager in a quality conscious food company and have had a lot of exposure to food safety related issues. Aseptic packaging is by no means a new concept to you. You will report directly to the Cluster Technical Support & Quality Director and will become a member of the Technical Support & Quality Management team.
